A SOCIETY OF PROFESSIONALS FROM KIBWEZI
Kibwezi Multi Unique Association, also known as Kibwezi Professionals, is a voluntary, non-profit and non-political membership body. Membership is open to professionals from Kibwezi and to friends of Kibwezi who share the same aims.
The Constitution sets this out plainly. We exist to unite people of skill, to promote professional excellence, and to put that skill to work for education, enterprise and community life. Our head office is in Kibwezi, Makueni County.

Committees
Eight standing committees carry the work between meetings. They cover finance, membership, education, partnerships, investment, communications, community projects and governance.
Membership
The Constitution provides for founding, ordinary, associate, student, corporate, honorary and life members. Each category has its place. Ordinary members vote and may hold office.

The Secretary may issue notices by email, letter, SMS, WhatsApp or this website. If we have your contacts, an electronic notice is a valid notice.

We will post reports from meetings, programmes and visits. The first notes are from the launch on 30 May 2026 and from a courtesy call at Makueni University College.
CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND FORUMS.
One of our objects is to organise conferences, seminars, workshops, mentorship forums and professional networking events. That is how members learn together and how the Society is seen outside Kibwezi.
On 30 May 2026 we launched KMUA in public. We have also paid a courtesy call at Makueni University College, as part of our work with schools and places of learning.

@ Building a United, Empowered and Progressive Kibwezi
Welcome to the Kibwezi Multi-Unique Association (KMUA), a non-political group popularly known as Kibwezi Professionals.
KMUA was born from a simple but powerful dream: to bring together the sons and daughters of Kibwezi, particularly professionals, entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers, and harness our collective knowledge, skills, networks and resources for the transformation of our community.
For a long time, many of us have carried the desire to see Kibwezi grow and prosper. We have watched our people demonstrate remarkable talent, resilience and determination, yet we have also recognized the need for greater collaboration, mentorship, opportunities and purposeful investment in our community. KMUA is our response to that call.
From a conversation among like-minded individuals, the idea has grown into an organized and growing network. Our inaugural gathering on 30th May 2026 marked an important milestone in this journey. Since then, we have continued to build partnerships, expand our membership, engage our professionals and develop initiatives aimed at creating meaningful and lasting impact.
Our journey is guided by five key pillars: Youth & Professional Networking; Business & Entrepreneurship; Administration & Governance; Education, Skills & Youth Empowerment; and Community Empowerment, Innovation & Climate Action.

We envision a Kibwezi where talent is nurtured, businesses thrive, young people have opportunities, professionals give back, communities are empowered, and development is driven by unity and innovation.
We are not simply building an association; we are building a platform for transformation.
We want to create a strong professional network that connects people and opportunities; promote entrepreneurship and investment; mentor the next generation; support education and skills development; champion good governance; and mobilize our collective capacity to address the challenges facing our community.
Our greatest strength is our people. Every member brings a unique experience, profession, idea, connection or resource. When these strengths come together with a common purpose, there is no limit to what we can achieve.
As the Chairperson and Dream Bearer of KMUA, I invite every son and daughter of Kibwezi to see themselves as part of this journey. Let us move beyond talking about the Kibwezi we desire and begin building it together.
The road ahead will require commitment, sacrifice, integrity and teamwork. But I am confident that with unity of purpose, we can leave behind a Kibwezi that is stronger, more connected, more prosperous and full of opportunities for generations to come.

THE LATEST IN OUR COMMUNITY
KMUA is launched
Founding members presented Kibwezi Multi Unique Association to the public. The Constitution adopted this year is the ground we now stand on.

KMUA leaders visited the college. The Constitution asks us to work with universities, TVETs and other places of learning on career guidance, mentorship and research.
Ndiwa Women Group
Widows at Kisayani, Kikumbulyu Location, have farmed, kept goats and poultry, and held one another since 2002. We walk with them. We want their five acres to become a home of dignity for our mothers.
KMUA MEMBERSHIP
Membership is voluntary. It is open to individuals and institutions that accept the objects, values and provisions of the Constitution. It is not denied on the basis of gender, age, disability, ethnicity, religion, political opinion or social status.
An applicant should be at least eighteen years of age, complete the prescribed form, pay the registration fee of KSh 2,000, and undertake to keep the Constitution and the Code of Conduct.
WE DO NOT WORK ALONE
The Constitution allows the Society to work with national and county government, universities and TVETs, professional bodies, churches, community groups, NGOs, business and friends abroad. Partnerships are written down. Those that carry a heavy duty go to the AGM.
Our first public visit of this kind was a courtesy call at Makueni University College.

We walk with Paton International Ltd. They bring hospitality at Paton Resort and engineering at Paton Consulting Engineers. We will look at attachments, places to meet, and work that helps Kibwezi.
