Our members
KMUA is people. From Kibwezi, from Kenya, and from the diaspora.
Members come from many fields
We share one aim: a stronger Kibwezi. Membership is open to professionals from Kibwezi and to friends of Kibwezi who accept the Constitution.
A full public list is not online yet. We protect member details. You can meet some of our leaders on the Leadership page.
THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU.
The Constitution provides for founding, ordinary, associate, student, corporate, honorary and life members. Each category has its place.
Ordinary members
Professionals with a certificate, diploma, degree, or proven skill. They may vote and hold office.
Student members
Students in recognised schools or colleges. They join programmes. They do not vote or run for office.
Corporate members
Companies, NGOs, schools, and other bodies. They send one person to meetings. They do not hold elective office.
Founding, honorary and life
Founding members signed the first register. Honorary and life members are named by the AGM for special service.
